This was my first order on RoyalShave.com I found this place on Google while looking for Merkur razors. I took advantage of one of their special deals, which saved me about $30 bucks. The products in this website are of outstanding quality. It all ends up to a personal choice, though. I am enjoying my razor and my new shaving experience very much. Finally, I'd say I contacted customer support for help. First on the phone, they were very nice and accommodating. However, although my request was granted, when I received my package, they made a mistake, which forced me to contact them again. They fixed the problem and shipped missing stuff immediately. I was asked to return one of the items they had shipped by mistake, but the return label was missing. I contacted customer support again, but I have not received an answer yet. This does not change my 5 stars rating, though. I am going to be coming back to RoyalShave for my future shaving needs. IMHO, they have the best product selection at very reasonable prices. Thanks!
