I love the products, the packaging, and the time shipping took. My only complaint is I wanted to build a bundle of 5 items (2 cleansers, a toner, a serum, and a moisturizer) but the bundling system on the website focuses on products that should be put together and not ones that would complete a routine.

Products are good for calming the flare ups but need more moisturizing ingredients for older skin

The texture is a little runny for me so sometimes too much product comes out. You only need a small amount to use for the face. This cleanser lathers quite well. My face does feel tighter after using this product.
