This is the only toothpaste I use for my family. I used conventional toothpaste with fluoride and found out I had 6 cavities! Ever since I switched to this toothpaste I haven’t had any more cavities and my dentist always compliment my teeth. Good toothpaste for the kids. My 6 and 3-year-old either like or don't mind the taste, so brushing isn't an argument anymore. It's safe for the 3-year-old to use because he doesn't know how to spit well. Some evidence after only a few weeks that their teeth are (I'm not a dentist) looking better from the perspective of fewer patchy yellow areas - seemingly indicative of remineralization. So we are very pleased!
