Love your products, but the shipping seems a bit high on an $8. 00 bar of soap. Even if it is lovely.

Love the products. Always received confirmation on my orders quickly. Shipping is not too bad. Love when items ship for free. I would love to receive samples of some of the new products. I stick to the products I’m accustomed to buying for fear I won’t like the new product as much. It cost too much to have buyer’s remorse with shipping cost added.

I've never had an issue with any order from Rinse as far as ordering and delivery. My only issue ever has been that the lavender version of Tallow Balm was either old or the scent is not that great. To me it just smells like tallow. I'm a little embarrassed to use it in public. My friend says it just smells like a candle shop. The frankincense one however, smells very nice. So I don't know if it's an issue with the scent or if the two that I ordered about a year ago were old. I just know that going forward if I'm ordering one it's going to be frankincense.
