I've never had an issue with any order from Rinse as far as ordering and delivery. My only issue ever has been that the lavender version of Tallow Balm was either old or the scent is not that great. To me it just smells like tallow. I'm a little embarrassed to use it in public. My friend says it just smells like a candle shop. The frankincense one however, smells very nice. So I don't know if it's an issue with the scent or if the two that I ordered about a year ago were old. I just know that going forward if I'm ordering one it's going to be frankincense.

The soap has a lovely fragrance. It smells exactly like I expected.

Has a light and airy smell

I have been ordering from Rinse for years now. They accidentally sent me the wrong thing this last order. They went above and beyond to make it right! These days you just don’t see this customer service!! They have a life long customer with me!
