Arrived on time , easy to use, overall I am impressed! Worth the $!

Any issues I've had that i contacted Revair for have been handles fast and correctly. Never disappointed after speaking with someone at Revair. Only downfall i can speak of is the new revair model. The hose is shorter than the original. Original was 7 ft. Or 6. 5 ft. I measured bit difficult to do with a curving hose. :) the new revair hose is 5 ft. Before I could use the original revair by sitting on the floor with plenty of hose. Now I have find somewhere to sit the revair on to be able to have enjoy movement without lifting the revair off the ground. And the new hose makes a whistling sound when it's held at certain angles, it moves the hose connector a certain way from the base and makes a screetching/whistling noise. Which drives me bananas. I couldn't find where to post a review on the revair itself so posting here. Since I have thick and long hair I have to move it around alot. But service from revair is 💯!!!! Thank you!
