I recently had an extremely satisfying experience at the Hornsby Resmed store. I lost a nasal mask while on inter-city travel and was searching for somewhere open on a Sunday after a pretty rough night, the night before. I was welcomed immediately by a friendly staff member named Nikki who gave me her 100% attention. She was extremely helpful and even gave me some tips and tricks I found very useful. I walked out feeling like Resmed really valued me as a customer. Although I don't live close to Hornsby, I will be making a B-line there next time I need anything CPAP-y. Thank you Nikki and Resmed.
