My daughter is a very picky eater, so I have to put the vitamins in juice, and hope she drinks all of it. My only complaint is that I wish it dissolved easier. It takes a little while to dissolve so if you put it in juice for breakfast in the morning, you may be better off putting it in the night before. It leaves little residue floating around her juice, so I have to put it in a dark bottle so she doesn't see it, but according to her it "Tickles her throat" and makes her laugh, so it works, but I can see that making it a little difficult for other children who may be more sensitive. Have noticed that her skin tone improved after she started taking them. She's LOOKING healthier and seems to be in an overall better mood. I initially ordered the cherry but realized it wouldn't work well in her apple juice, so I contacted Renzos to see what can be done about an exchange for apple instead. I spent some time looking for a good-sized box for the vitamins to send back, and the exchange showed up in the mail before I had the chance to send the other back! Used the box the exchange came in, and sent it back. 10/10 Customer Service 9.5/10 on Product Will get again.
