I love the products so so much; there are so beautiful and pigmented!! But my mascara was broken when I opened it so that’s the only downside…😢

Not quite sure if it’s my phone or the coding but I’ve found that some videos on the product page for the specific product struggle to load. I have noticed that a lot of the “How To” sections for many products have been removed. For a new makeup user I would love to see those come back 🥹

Half of the products I received were dried out/clumpy.

I have not received it yet!! Also you could have advised that I was ordering from the US and not the UK as had to pay £28 shipping when I could have bought it at the local shop! The invoice was in pounds not dollars so I didn’t realise until it was too late, not happy:(
