It is just as described. I am only able to take 2 packs a day. working up to 3 packs a day. However, I have seen significant improvement in my movement and decreased in pain. Enough to encourage me to order more. What can I say it works. Really Works. Love the product. Do Not love the price. But feel this company is honest and care about their customers.
