I order the cream to prevent radiation burns, however, the cream did no work at all. I burnt badly, actually I believe that the cream itself made it worse. When I contacted customer service with the desire to return the item, I was assured that they take all such complaints seriously and they will let the manager know. Guess what? Never heard back again from no one. I was totally ignored. I am angry and disappointed in how I was treated. I have no other choice but to initiate charge back via visa as they conveniently waited for the return window to close.

Everything was packaged wonderfully and came promptly with some bonus free samples. This company gets A++
