I tried to chat and even sent text for a gift card. When my friend received the gift there was no card so she had no idea who sent it. The products are lovely but I’m sure folks are sending as gifts.

I was charged twice. I did receive a note from the owner of the company stating that something would be done about it, but there was no follow up. I hope the issue of double payment will be resolved soon

I really wanted to like this candle. The description of 529 is very enticing because it includes some wonderful scent s. However, I was disappointed to discover that the candle had almost no scent when i burned it. I have a very small bedroom that’s about 132 square feet, It doesn’t take a very strong candle for the aroma to fill the room. The aroma of the 529 candle I received was so light, that it was almost imperceptible unless I had my face directly in front of the candle. It was a very odd experience, because when I first received a candle, I could smell the scent before I burned it. I lit the candle the day after I received it and I found that the it never really provided an aroma. Additionally, I placed this candle on my dresser, which is a flat and even level surface. However, the candle never burned evenly. I’ve heard such good things about this candle, but my experience was not great.

The candle has no scent. So I feel like I got ripped off. I burned it. Cut the wick down. Gave it a few chances. Nothing. The reviews can't be real because this candle might as well be a plain white candle from a 99 cent store. For 66 dollars, with the soap, my entire room should be pleasantly scented. There's nothing coming from this candle. The soap has only been tried once so far so I can't comment on that yet. I gave two stars because it smells good and it was delivered quickly.
