i have been using the topical pain cream which is good but every time I order it it changes. It is very gritty almost as if sand was added. I placed and order Feb 5 and was charged. The order still has not arrived on Feb 15. They keep blaming covid but they ship it the cheapest way by a 3rd party. I requested a refund and have been ignored

I thought going to Amazon for things was hard but your company made it even harder. which was very disappointing because I have been using your product for over a year now through my pharmacy who purchased from your company. but now I am going to my local health food store maybe not the same quality but at least I can talk to a person and it was easy and affordable affordable. I know that it is not apples for apples for peaches for peaches. but I only stopped using your product due to the two issues above not because I necessarily chose to do that.but I also don't need more aggravation or frustration in my life. how about you stay healthy out there in colorado? peace out!
