I have been trying to contact someone from Receptra for 3 days to help with an order with no results. All phone calls failed, and there were at least 10 attempts at calls. Next I used the message form on your website explaining what I was trying to accomplish, and did this 2 or 3 times, but each time the message was, this is not available. I have now started to research other companies to purchase from, simply because you couldn't be contacted in any way, and that is unacceptable to me.
