Was having difficulty receiving 15% discount that I was offered. Started chat with CS rep. She was helpful but still wasn’t getting discount at checkout. Called CS on telephone; was answered by same person I had chatted with. This eliminated a lot repeating my problem. She resolved it quickly and received the product within few days.
