Just rub in the tiniest bit at the pain just disappears. Not always 100%- no it's not going to heal a broken bone- but the aching around an injury (in my case, a sprained ankle) or knots in your back just melt away!

I love the targeted topical ointment and had lost track and used up my last jar. I ordered and it was here while I was scraping the last smears out of my jar. When I had a question about the new strength it was answered promptly and a replacement offered if I wasnt happy with it. Nice. I will be a customer for a long time
