It sounds counter intuitive, but taking this Vitamin B12 complex just before closing my eyes for the night is making a nice difference. At 86 years old, I was falling apart and not recovering. Then somebody suggested taking B12 at bedtime so your body had enough energy to heal itself, which, after all, is the main function of sleep. IT WORKS! There are 2 or 3 pills left in my first bottle, but this week I have felt better than I have in months. I got more done in the last 4 days than in the last 4 weeks. We've found a winner!
