I chose great because the customer service and Jessica specifically was very helpful and tried everything to make sure I have the best experience. My parcel was shipped internationally via a 3rd party & the fabric on one of the hats was squished. Both hats were kind of bent into a very small box. The sock hat a small colored spot. I shared the hat’s image because it was the reason I made the purchase but not the sock. The shipping company (Aramex/Shop&Ship) says it is how they received it. In any case I started wearing the products because if I have decided to make an exchange it will be 2027 already with this 3rd party! If you are interested in seeing the spot on the sock send me an email and I will share the image I took when I first received the parcel. Thanks to Jessica for being responsive and making this experience smooth.
