Purematcha

I have been using matcha powder from Pure Matcha for over two months now, I can definitely taste the difference in quality. I have been using matcha powder from health stores in the past, and I thought they were OK. What a difference! I will never go back to those! I absolutely love Pure Matcha and I am glad I found it. My favourite si far is Esai matcha powder and I am hoping to try Nishi very soon, as it came back in stock now. Matcha lovers out there, try it, it is definitely worth every $.

I tried 3 different samples. Nishi, eisai, kiyomidori. (Kiyomidori for free!) They're all great, but Eisai is by far my favourite. I tried all 3 as hot matcha lattes with oat milk. I would say Nishi is potentially too bitter for a milk drink, but great on its own! I had just gotten back from a trip to Uji but could unfortunately only bring a small amount of matcha home and esai will be a fantastic replacement for when I run out! Planning to also by the little matcha sieve thing, as I'm finding it tends to become quite clumpy once whisked especially if you're in humid conditions.

I am so pleased with the quality of these products, nothing like peace of mind knowing it’s sourced from the purest places and lab tested. The Matcha itself is absolutely beautiful, I enjoy it on its own, but with some milk and stevia, iced or warm, it’s amazing! I decided to give the Hojika a try as my afternoon drink, and I’m obsessed! It’s so roasty but still tastes very much of green tea, I have it iced over milk with stevia. I’m with this brand for life, I have zero desire to ever try another, you can’t beat the best.
