I am testing this product to see how it might help with my experience of dysmenorrhea/ painful periods, both for myself and my clients. This is growing evidence that curcuminoids can be helpful for people who experience this. I always test for 3 months. I'm one month in and the last menstruation time was the first time I did not require anti-inflammatory medication for quite a while, in addition to a few other holistic products I use. I feel hopeful.
