My order of mushroom mindboost arrived quickly. I’ve been using it daily for about a little over a month now. Originally I started with the suggested daily dosage and after a few days I was having a hard time staying asleep at night. I decided to reduce the amount I take each day and have since been able to sleep great. Overall it has been a great source of energy throughout the day. I don’t get the midday sleepyhead feeling anymore. Even on day’s I’d expect to because of late nights. Unfortunately I can’t truly attest to the actual flavor of it because chemo took away my ability to smell and taste this year. However I’ve shared it with friends and they have agreed with me in thinking it tastes like a chocolaty caramel syrup. I just take about a teaspoon full first thing in the morning and drink a good amount of water afterwards. Much sweeter than I’m used to but it seems to work great! My focus is better than I’ve ever noticed 😊
