Hello! 😊 Thank you for your rewards program — I really enjoy using it. I have a couple of questions regarding redeeming points for products. If I redeem my points for products (not discount codes), how many redeemed items can I add to one order? For example, if I have enough points for 3–4 products, can I place them all in the same cart and checkout in one order? Or is there a limit (e. g. only one reward item per order)? Also, if I redeem my points but do not complete the order, will the points be returned to my account? Thank you in advance for your help!
