The received bundle is great. But gift was not send :( when it says on site - midnight courage gift with every order

My package was supposed to arrive yesterday, but there appears to be a processing error at the post office, and I have not been advised of an updated delivery date. I will be happy to update once I receive and use the product.

The products are excellent, but one item was not included, and they haven’t responded to the email with the inquiry.

I did not receive my refund and I did not receive the money.
