I was frustrated 10 days ago. Now I am angry

Didn’t receive this item!!!!!

Nothing was received and that was 12 days ago and now we leave for holidays . Do not do business with these people

I still have not received a refund after a full month.

I ordered this and paid based on a recommendation by a youtuber. I also ordered a bunch of other skincare from other places. My goods weren't received and they said sorry & that they'll rectify it as there was an issue etc, then they sent me an email to say it was delivered 2 days later, which is a complete lie. They then ignored my email saying no o didn't & my paid for purchases all arrived from asfar as Japan but not this one. I have cctv so would know if there was an attempt even. Also, they just lied to say it was in my mailbox and went into hiding when I said no. A scam for sure. I assumed they were reputable, which they aren't I now know, and got scammed assuming they were uk based. I will also post this in the comments on the video promoting them on YouTube so others know they steal money like typical scammers.
