As per my review submitted for the product, u received a bottle with a broken seal, and attempted to contact support both via phone and email, and have never received a response. I have called the support line numerous times and never received a call back nor managed to reach anyone, additionally I have yet to receive a response from the email form. It’s one thing to understand a bit of a wait, it is another to be completely ignored.

The only thing that helped

The only thing that helped was the actual product. I didn’t receive it on time and one of the VP that handled the situation was very unprofessional. I was appreciative that the CEO reached out to me but became disappointed when I attempted to inform him of the unprofessional voicemail I had from the employee and he wasn’t that concerned and defended the employee. It was very disappointing.
