I ordered and received a scooter from Progress Mobility. I tried it out and due to my own medical issues, decided it wasn't the scooter for me. I was able to return it in the same packaging. I recieved a refund minus the cost of shipping. All in all, it was a good experience.

When I couldn't find a decent hospital bed from local suppliers I found Progress Mobility had the bed I wanted, but their online reviews were not great, took a chance and quizzed John (salesman) about bed details AND the questionable reviews. He explained everything, made some good suggestions about bed choices. When the bed arrived I was pleasantly surprised that the bed was even better than expected and was easy for two handymen to put together. John is Excellent, product is Excellent, delivery was on time and Excellent. I highly recommend.
