I was extremely pleased with the purchase, delivery, packing and quality of this product. The website was easy to navigate, but I completed the purchase with an extremely helpful agent. I only wish this scooter could ply the deep snows that are coming soon!

I ordered a ew36 at first but the NY law changed and I had to cancel. Derek your sale person was very helpful changing my order. Derek is a fine person that you should be proud of. Karen in shipping was also very helpful and a fine person. I bought the victory sport which is a great scooter.

The service was great and the shipping right on time.

To date, we have no way to confirm, that my father received his mattress at the senior living facility that it was sent to. It was my understanding, that it was to be sent to the attention of Sandy Owen. Since, it was delivered on Saturday, August 29, it was delivered via FedEx ground and no signature was required. We are working on finding out exactly where the mattress ended up. I am not able to complete this review fairly, until this issue has been resolved.

as always my experience with progress mobility has been a wonderful experience, they are very knowledgeable , answer all my question, and i love love love my gogo sport, i also have the victory,(for when i want to be on a more rugged terrain ) it to is just a joy to drive , and e everywhere i go i am asked where i got it , and i share progress mobility with them. both scooters have been very dependable, charge is good, they hold up to the distance both say thy will, but you need to now that just like any scooter if you carry extra heave stuff it does pull on your battery time, not much i just paid attention , im weird like that. lol . i carry things like two big packs of soda , and at least 2 or 3 bags of groceries (i hang some on my cane, and hold 1) thank goodness i still have great use of my arms. So if you are thinking about it, just take that leap you will be glad you did. oh yea and i have had scooters for about 3 years now , congrats if you get one
