I'm so pleased with all of the help from Progress Mobility. I've been having trouble finding a new transfer chair. My old one is no longer safe to use after several years. I also need one super light because I have some older people taking me out and they have to be able to lift the chair out of my trunk. For some reason, because of my weight, the chairs are too narrow in the seat. Even though they say they're the same width as my old one, they are not. I was able to give them the model number or my old chair and the next day I had my new chair. I would recommend Progress Mobility to everyone. It's so nice to be able to actually deal with real people. Everyone there was so nice to me.

The chair was simple to assemble and it works great.

The cart seems to be well made and is very attractive. My wife loves it. I just have to find a ramp so I can load it in our Ford Explorer.
