Slow response with Delivery.

We purchased our bed online late on a Wednesday and were told it would be 3-5 business days to deliver, so probably Tuesday the following week. It came Friday! That was fantastic. They said it would take 45 minutes or so to set up and that wasn't so true. It took us 4 hours. We had a little trouble figuring out the directions, and called customer support--on a Saturday!---and the man who answered was SOOO helpful. Very patient and good instructions. And the price---I researched online and prices ranged from $500-$10,000. The base price of this bed was $895 (we had a few add-ons). So, all around, it was a fantastic deal. We highly recommend this company and bed.

I am impressed with my Pride Victory 10. Not only is a sharp looking unit it is tough and a smooth ride. I am 300lbs and the captain's chair is wide and comfortable. This unit accommodates up to 400lbs and handles my weight with ease. I bought an extra rear basket for shopping convenience. Everything was easy to assemble. The Victory 10 came packed in a box and all I had to do was connect the batteries and drop on the seat. No tools were required. If you are looking for a quiet, smooth riding, sharp looking mobility unit, then I highly recommend the Pride Victory 10.
