I have been buying Portland Bee Balm since I found it randomly in a store in Colorado around 10 years ago. I knew I had to order some for my wedding, but was saddened to see half of my order was missing. After emailing PBB, they got to me right away and sent the missing items, plus a free bar of soap for the trouble. I love this place and they are the only lip balm I'll use. Truly top tier!

Portland Bee Balm continues to have a solid, smooth product that protects my lips! The new slick paper labelling changes the dynamics of the case and cap (I like to remove the label from the cap when I open a tube, and the new label's adhesive is harder to remove than the slightly rough bamboo label was, but the slick label is in line with the style of most national brands and won't ever leave little "splinters" when the cap separates from the main tube as the recent bamboo texture could. I remember the original more "kraft paper" style of label, which was somewhere between the most recent and the new -- a unique texture in lip balm labels but still a simple paper -- though I also recall it tended to tear unevenly when removing the cap. In any case, what's inside is still awesome! I vote for a more easily removable adhesive for the label, whatever gloss or paper is used).
