One of my favorite YouTube influencers, RawKristi Beauty, reviewed Playa products on her channel. Kristi is very honest while she is reviewing products and I trust her. So I decided to check out Playa's website. Their website is extremely easy to use and I found the products I was interested in without any problems. When I clicked on products it took no time at all for that particular web page to open. Each product page is well formatted, easy to read and very informative. Each product description was exactly what a person needs to read to make their purchase decisions. You know exactly what you are getting and exactly what your hair should be like after showering and styling. Once it was time to make my purchase I had the option of remaining a guest or signing up for a profile. I chose the profile option so that my information would be remembered for the next purchase. It took no time at all to fill in my information and then I was sent to my cart. In the cart you review the items you wish to purchase and add any coupons or special discount codes. I purchased enough items that I got free shipping. So I don't know how that section in the cart works. Once my cart looked good to go I hit the checkout button. As soon as I checked out the confirmation page came right up and I received a confirmation text and email. While setting up my profile I chose to have Playa send me notifications like that. I was happy to see that was working right away. Due to covid their supply chains are running a little slow. It took about a week for me to get the text from Playa stating that my items had shipped. Remember, I got free shipping. I was expecting my package to go by snail mail because of the free shipping. However, three days after receiving the ship text, I received another text stating it was out for delivery!! My package was in my hands by 2pm that afternoon! I gave Playa 5 stars for my website experience and they deserve every single star! I will definitely be getting my hair care shower products from them again. They are a touch expensive. But, trust me when I say their products are absolutely worth these prices. As the saying goes...you get what you pay for in the best way possible.

This shampoo + conditioner set is currently my fave. The scent is subtle and pleasant. Other than added fragrance it’s pretty clean. I don’t worry about about common toxic additives that are in most hair care essentials. The shampoo does have a good lather which I was missing from other leading clean hair care brands. I am currently using playa everyday shampoo, supernatural conditioner and once a week the salt scrub shampoo, which is so helpful for product buildup on my scalp! Also such a soothing feeling during and after using the salt scrub. I am loving these products ❤️
