Plastic Freedom are fantastic, always really efficient and communicative. An ever increasing stock of great products and love the research and communications with companies to help them improve their products/packaging.

Despite the long wait for the bamboo keyboard, I was super pleased with the product AND Plastic Freedom’s transparency and prompt updates. The shop kept me updated on all product updates and made sure to give new delivery projections, so I was never worried about my item because I always knew what was going on! Royal Mail was a bit of a roller coaster, but that’s just how it goes with international shipping. I will definitely order again in the future :)
