BAD product it doesn’t work Used twice and hasn’t changed colour at all not even abit.

I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased your PLantur 39 Shampoo and Conditioner with the expectation that it would help dye my grey hair, as advertised. Unfortunately, after using both products as instructed, I have not noticed any change in the color of my hair, and the products did not deliver the expected results. I am quite disappointed, especially considering the claims made about the effectiveness of the product for grey hair. As I still have one unopened shampoo and conditioner, I would like to inquire if it is possible to receive a refund for this purchase. Please let me know the next steps to process this request. It didn't work for me even though I followed the instructions for both shampoo and conditioner. Then gave it to my mum to try, and she didn't see any effect.

I won't use this product again

My hair has turned orange and greys not covered but new orange colour helps blur the line
