Order never received
I have been a dedicated fan with Plantlife, for years and never have had a problem with any order. Until now. I placed an order on 9/3, was supposed to be delivered on 9/15 but UPS reported it as damaged, so I called on 9/22 and sent an email, no response. I called again on 10/7 and was informed that a replacement order would be sent. It is now 10/13 and there is no tracking information or indication of where my order might be and usually takes 3-4 days to arrive due to proximity. I tried calling again today, 10/13 and no response. Sad and frustrating situation.
