Disappointed not exfoliating like ad said needed bigger prices of almond shell

I am in the process of trying to find a soap company to deal with moving forward. I ordered from three different soap companies the exact same day including yours. Your soap was the last to arrive by long time. The main part for me is the smell and aroma and Plantlife soaps were weak in that category. Your soaps had only a slight smell during the shower and certainly did not linger on the skin at all. I will keep searching until I find someone that truly believes in a powerful smelling soap and are not afraid to use good amount of essential oils and fragrances. Thank you.

I’ve been purchasing your soaps online for at least 5 years now. On this last purchase , it tried to force me to use shop pay. Fix your site so people don’t have to repeatedly try to override being forced to use shop pay . I don’t want my payment kept by shop pay. I almost cancelled my order. This is a new nuisance to your online site that is NOT a CONVENIENCE.

Been ordering Bar soap from Plantlife for many years now with No problems ordering or receiving items. however, your online REWARDS program is useless. Cannot figure out how it operates? It should be friendly to use not frustrating. I phoned several times during business hours to solve this issue with No one picking up the phone? I sent emails but your response did not solve the issue? when I click on Rewards nothing happens? Keith
