Shipping was prompt. Product is lovely. The plastic bottles are not good for longevity. This oil has a very pretty scent and I use it after my shower for softer skin. The only negative thing I have to share is that they should use glass bottles because their oils become rancid after a while in the type of plastic bottle it's in. You need to use them fairly quick.
