Overall, the customer service here is great and the product works well. However, I keep getting automatically sent a refill, well before I have finished the previous one, so I now have a 3 month supply. You are able to edit the next delivery date by signing in, but it would be a lot easier if you could set your own refill cadence and received a notification PRIOR to shipping to ask if you still need it on that date. Right now, you have to manually log in, change the date for the next shipment, and make yourself a note to check it again before that date. Not super user friendly.

Great product but I don’t need it that often

The doctor took a look at my info and figured that I had a certain type of inflammation and prescribed a nasal spray and antihistamines which seemed to work great, but the orders take too long to arrive at the point where I considered cancelling and going to the local pharmacy given that I already knew what to buy... Just food for thought

The products work great but their customer service is lacking. I have sent 3 email in the past week trying to change my subscription and no one is answering.

I ordered some of this allergy medication and it arrived in blister packs. I have PD and my hands cannot open l a blister pack. I let them know this was hard for me but they did not change it for my next order. I want to cancel.
