Wish you were notified when your shipment was about to be sent
Overall, the customer service here is great and the product works well. However, I keep getting automatically sent a refill, well before I have finished the previous one, so I now have a 3 month supply. You are able to edit the next delivery date by signing in, but it would be a lot easier if you could set your own refill cadence and received a notification PRIOR to shipping to ask if you still need it on that date. Right now, you have to manually log in, change the date for the next shipment, and make yourself a note to check it again before that date. Not super user friendly.
