Ive taken kratom for over 10 years now for my ptsd anxiety and symptoms of my autism, and its helped me through the most difficult times and things ive ever faced in life. Kratom is a lifeline for me. Over the years ide tried dozens of different vendors from all over the world, and when I found Phytoextractum, I cant even begin to describe how greatful I was to of found a vendor who was not just local but was trustworthy and had the quality level they have. Them being apart of the National Kratom Association was the first thing i noticed theyre supported by, which is a big deal in the Kratom world. The kratom industry can be much like the wild wild west without much enforced regulations and guidelines to follow, and that can be scary as a cunsumer knowing you really don't have any clue how your kratom has been handled, let alone how it was harvested or got to you, if it was ethnically harvested or what, you really dont know. But with Phyto, its totally different and they genuinely value theyre customers saftey and well being. Showing on every package the batch number from theyre third party quality inspections, its truly transparent in theyre production and harvesting of the products they provide. The customer service,love and care they give you is absolutely uncomparable to any other vendor ive ever purchased through. If you have any questions concerns theyre fast to help and reply immediately, its not like others where your waiting 3 or 4 days for a reply, theyre like on it. Ive acually been called directly when my package had been delayed in shipping to check with me if i was ok waiting a little longer or wanted a new package sent out. Phyto is the only kratom vendor I will ever trust and I know I can depend on, after 9 years of ordering from them, they feel like family to me. For the quality product your getting from them and all the hard work and tedious attention placed in every package they send out, the prices are crazy low, and idk how theyre able to do it, but im so greatful I have them to buy my kratom from every month.
