I got hooked and ended-up buying three perfumes, all the body washes and 2 candles (some were gifts, honest!). The sample pack is a really cool deal and I've never had trouble redeeming any coupons, promos or discounts when buying online. The one time I reached out to customer service inquring about restock of the Annica candle, the response I received was timely, thorough and just plain delightful, even during the pandemic. After multiple transactions with Phlur, I have yet to be even vaguely disappointed with any aspect of their offerings. Phlur phan for life!
