We like buying from Pharmacopia, and their customer service has been on-point, but the shipping times leave much to be desired!

Ordered Verbena. After couple weeks, said temporarily out but not that it was unavailable. Then, w/o asking me, they sent citrus. Guess I'll have to try it but this isn't the way to do business.

Unfortunately the USPS failed to deliver my products. I sent pictures of my empty box that was obviously stolen by the USPS. A punch hole in the side of the box and then re taped by clear taping. I am going to my post office tomorrow. I never received any of my 5 products. The USPS tracking says it was delivered. That is a lie and I will demand GPS coordinates. I've lost over $155.

I love the lotion, especially the natural citrus scent. My only issue was the time it took to ship, which was about 1 month.

Great! I love the product, but one of the bottles got a little damaged on the pump part (a little piece broke off). No big deal & it didn't affect the performance of the product.
