I ordered shampoo, conditioner, and a body bar. When delivery came, the box was damaged and taped back together. The conditioner was missing. I contacted the shipper, who said they couldn't help and that I would need to contact the retailer. Pharmacopia customer service was quick to respond and immediately sent replacement conditioner. The response from customer service is why I gave a "great" rating.

I would love refillable sample size bottles for travel. The ones I gave can not be refilled.
