My parcel was undelivered and got sent back. The Shippit courier claimed the road was blocked by roadworks. There were no roadworks so the road wasn’t blocked. I contacted PC and they apologised profusely. They rectified the situation immediately by sending another order straight away which I promptly received. Excellent customer service from PC but the courier service they use isn’t very reliable.

Love the length and natural look for daily wear but I can’t seem to make it work ! Appreciate if you can let me know what I am doing wrong. I have no issues with other brand , perhaps it’s the clear band that needs a different technique? Watched many tutorials online and didn’t seem to help . Love your products, they are so comfortable, natural looking and I would buy more if I can make it work. Btw I am 55 years old and lost all my lashes to alopecia

I purchased the eyeliner glue with the lashes. Lashes were very good quality. The eyeliner in itself was really good but as an adhesive for the lashes, not so much. Not sure why but the ends of the lashes kept lifting. Am I applying it wrong? Or are others having the same problem?

It's pretty expensive for the quality of lashes that are finally shipped to me. Really wish I didn't quite trust the whole spiel on being made for hooded, asian eyes. Will stick to japanese/ korean brands in future

Lashes arrived quickly. I purchased several different ones. They look somewhat natural and fit well on my Asian eyes. I don’t they are any better than the ones I purchase from Korean stores. One package of lashes however came damaged and I cannot use them. There was too much glue on the band that keep the lashes on the packaging that dripped half way down the lash. I emailed customer service 2 weeks ago and no response. Will not be a return customer.
