It helped me do the massage, which I was otherwise nervous about. But I find it hard to hold the handle - it's not long enough for me to get a good grip on, and it's uncomfortable to hold the hard plastic top part because it's not hand-shaped. I also don't see any use in putting the oil in the top and letting it trickle down - I just put it straight on the bottom. It's a good idea but the shape of it just needs to be improved more.

I ordered my Perimom Perineal Massager on Aug. 6th, and it was delivered Aug. 12th.. Because I was still in my second trimester I didn’t have a need to use my items yet. I’m am now 31weeks and was hoping to soon start using my massager, so today I opened my item to find that it is dirty and looks as if it’s been previously used. There is a film/residue on the item and dirt/grime in the bottom crease of massager.. I’m am truly disgusted as this is an item that should arrive brand new to be used to on an intimate area.. I would like an explanation and also like to know the next steps to rectify this situation.
