we ordered a slider. I have found it to be heavier and larger than I can manage. Otherwise it would be perfect. The ordering and shipping worked beautifully.

did not receive the left hand and when I called was advised it was out of stock. I was disappointed that no one let me know I would not receive this item.

My customer experience has been really bad. Customer service is terrible

My order took 3 chase emails over 6 weeks for partial delivery, only to be told that the other item ordered would not be available to the public (aka me). Website needs complete overhaul to explain how poorly it’s suited to the general public. Customer service was great at responding, but the messages were frustrating. Do not recommend.
