Fast shipping But wish I had bought the nickel free wand

I love the wand, eye balm and relief eye spray. BUT and it is a big BUT the eye balm is in a really awful pot. I struggle to lift up the clasp which is really not very hygienic either as there are so many bits to it. . It may prevent me purchasing it again. Also why don't you sell travel sizes to take on holiday as the eye balm is in a huge pot and you only need a tiny amount at a time.

This eye wand has helped my dry eye problem. My complaint is that the print in the instruction leaflet is too small! Larger font size please. The instructions for use could be clearer. The warnings also need to be clearer.

I ordered the heated eye wand for a severe eye problem after reading another’s suggestion on an online blog. The biggest negative issue was the length of time in receiving it. Appears it was in customs awhile which wasn’t your company’s fault. While I’m not seeing any great relief it is way more convenient than the bruder mask and gives temporary relief for which I am very thankful.
