I am an Optometrist in Bristol and I bought your product as almost all of my clients have debiliatting dry eye and the microwaveable eye bags just weren't cuuting it. So I bought the peep wand and have now been massaging clients eyes along with lid expression and it's changing lives! Thank you for inventing this! P. s. I also tried the knock off version from Amazon and it really is rubbish in comparison.

These products have been a lifesaver for me as I have struggled with my dry eyes when they became acute and very uncomfortable about a year ago. They were so dry I was told by my optometrist that I have corneal scarring. I have tried so many methods and products to try and find some relief which I did to some degree but I felt like I was still struggling. I only found out about this website a few weeks ago and I decided to take the plunge and buy a wand and balm and it was the best thing I have done! It's the only treatment that has given me significant results and restored comfort, which I am really grateful for. I was initially a bit nervous about using the wand but 'customer service' were very helpful and responsive to any queries I had. I have actually purchased a second wand (the most recent model) as a 'spare' as I wouldn't want to be without it and the products have proven to be worth every penny!
