An excellent product. I purchased mine through my Optometrist 5 months ago, having seen the product online. I suffer with dry eyes and one eye in particular has an eye gland in the corner which regularly blocks. This product is far more effective for me than a microwavable heated eye pad as you can apply the heated wand directly to the affected area with gentle massage to relieve the blockage. It is also a better option for travelling. I use it every evening on both eyes and I rarely need to use eye drops to relieve symptoms now. Just to note, I paid the same retail price from my optometrist as online but you only get a travel case if you buy directly from Peep Club's website. This wasn't clear when I purchased mine, so I was a little disappointed with this. I see now though, this has been made clear on the website. My only comment for improvement would be that the charging lead is very short, which restricts the position for charging. I use a lead of my own which is much longer.
