They made a mistake, but immediately made good on it!
I ordered one 10-pack of Yamax SW-200 Digi-Walkers and when the package arrived it included one pedometer, despite a receipt that clearly showed a price of $190. When I called, the customer service person was clearly dismayed and promised she would send me 9 more immediately. She couldn't apologize enough; and the package with 9 more arrived 2 days later. Ironically, this left me with a great feeling about the company. Mistakes happen; contrite, appalled customer service personnel who take full responsibility and make it right are rare, in my experience.
