Omron Pedometer
A Cigna Health Coach sent me, among other things, a cheap mechanical pedometer. The belt clip broke after a few weeks use, and I don't think it was responding up my lumbering gait; it was designed for spry 20 year olds, not a fossil like me. But, to avoid a $40 per pay period penalty, I decided I'd better replace it.I selected the Omron HJ-320 because I could carry it in my packet, and the reviewers stated that it counted normal steps; no need for jogging (I only jiggle). I love that it keeps each 7 days' totals in case I forget to record my results. No complains about it at all.
