The product is great / delivery is so-so

very prompt delivery

They usually get their product sent out asap. And we get timely notifications when our product will arrive. I also use to get samples but they haven't done that in awhile. Only had an issue with getting my delivery once.

Excellent.

The only thing I'm not crazy about it the constant emails.
